BreezeCOM Antennas and Cables - USA
| BreezeNET PRO.11 Products are supplied in two models: Integrated
antennas and Detached antennas. Both are identical except for their antennas. |
Omni-2
| The standard modles are supplied with two integral 2 dBi omni-directional antennas. These
antennas are intended for indoor installations with short to medium distances between
sites. |
| "D" models are supplied with two customized female
connectors for use with the following range of external antennas: -
6 dBi omni-directional transmit/receive antenna.
- 7.2 dBi omni-directional transmit/receive antenna.
- 8.5 dBi uni-directional transmit/receive antenna.
- 11 dBi uni-directional transmit/receive antenna.
- 12 dBi uni-directional transmit/receive antenna.
- 13 dBi uni-directional transmit/receive antenna.
- 16 dBi uni-directional transmit/receive antenna.
- 18 dBi uni-directional transmit/receive antenna.
- 24 dBi uni-directional transmit/receive antenna.
|
Omni-6
| These 6 dBi antennas are intended for indoor installation for
extended range and improved performance. The kit includes one omni-directional 6dBi
transmit/receive antenna together with 4 ft of RG-58 cable. |
Omni-7.2
| The Omni 7.2 dBi antennas are ideal for establishing total 360° coverage for outdoor
mulitpoint links. The kid includes a transmit/receive 7.2 dBi antenna, mounting hardware,
and 20 ft of LMR-600 cable. |
Uni-8.5
| The 8.5 dBi antenna has a wide beam width (75 degrees horizontal, 50 degrees vertical)
and is intended for both indoor and outdoor installations for short to medium distances
between sites. The set includes a Transmit/Receive 8.5dBi directional antenna with 8 ft of
RG-58 cable. |
Extension Cables
| The cables supplied with the antenna sets are generally sufficient
for most window or wall antenna installations.
Extension cables of 10, 20, 30, and 50 ft are available. |
PROFESSIONAL INSTALLERS ONLY
| Detached antennas, whether installed
indoors or out, are to be installed ONLY by experienced antenna installers that are
familiar with local buildings and safety codes, and wherever necessary are licensed by
appropriate government regulators. Failure to do so may void the BreezeNET PRO.11 Product
Warranty and will certainly expose the end user to legal and financial liabilities.
BreezeCOM and its resellers or distributors are not liable for injury, damage or violation
of government regulations associated with the installation of detached antennas.
|
Rooftop Installations
| Rooftop antenna installations are
extremely dangerous and incorrect installation may result in death, injury or damage.
Rooftop installations must be performed by professional antenna installers only.
|
Rooftop installations provide several advantages:
| They generally increase the range of the antenna. |
| There are likely to be less obstacles in the path. |
| Height above the ground gives improved performance. |
| Multipath problems resulting from reflections from buildings, trees
and variations in terrain are reduced to a minimum. |
Uni-11
| The 11 dBi antenna is suited for ISPs, school districts, and campus area networks
requiring wide dispersion patterns. The kit includes a transmit/receive antenna together
with 30 ft of LMR-400 cable. |
Uni-12
| The 12 dBi antenna has a medium beam width of 22 degrees and is intended for outdoor
installations with medium distances between sites. It is supplied as a single
uni-directional 12 dBi transmit/receive antenna together with 20 ft of RG-8 cable. |
Uni-13
| The 13 dBi antenna is ideal for medium range outdoor multipoint links. The set includes
a transmit/receive 13 dBi directional antenna with 20 ft of LMR-400 cable. |
Uni-16
| The 16 dBi is suited for medium to long range outdoor multipoint links requiring compact
form factors. The kit comes standard witha 16 dBi antenna together with 30 ft of LMR-400
cable. |
Uni-18
| The 18 dBi antenna has a narrow beamwidth (14 degrees) which
increases the sensitivity to inaccurate alignment, but decreases the influence of
multipath propagation (fading). It is intended for outdoor installations over medium to
long distances. It is probably the best choice for most medium to long range applications.
The 18 dBi antenna is supplied as a single uni-directional 18 dBi transmit/receive antenna
together with 30 ft of RG-8 cable. |
Uni-24
| The 24 dBi antenna has a narrow beam width (7.5 degrees) which
increases the sensitivity to alignment inaccuracy but decreases the influence of multipath
propagation (fading). It is intended for outdoor installations over large distances and
for this reason is supplied with long cables for higher rooftop installations.. The
antenna is supplied as a single uni-directional 24 dBi transmit/receive antenna together
with 50 ft. of RG-8 cable. |
Low Noise Amplifier (LNA)
| When long cables are used between antennas and unit, an optional Low Noise Amplifier can
be added to amplify the received signal. LNA-10 is a high performance, low noise
preamplifier designed to enhance fringe area reception and provide additional gain when
using long cable runs. |
Extension Cables
| Extension cables of 10, 20, 30, 50, 70, and 100 ft are available. |
